Run or walk this scenic Cape Cod course. End your summer season with a fun challenge for all abilities. Unable to attend due to travel issues? No problem. For those who do not live near our race event or have other obligations on race day we have the option for you to be a virtual participant. Virtual participants can walk, use the treadmill, or run outside, wherever you like!

The David Lewis 5K Run/Walk is a great race as well as celebration of recovery. The race is in memory of David who died from heart disease at age 39. His time at Gosnold allowed him eight wonderful years in sobriety. By supporting Gosnold, the Lewis family hopes to help many others find peace, love and prosperity offered by a lasting recovery.

The event offers free and unique t-shirts to the first 200 registrants; music, raffles, awards, and food follwing the event.  Runners will love the challenging course and walkers will appreciate the scenic views.

Can't make the race but still want to help? Visit Gosnold's donation page, but be sure to select to direct the donation to the David Lewis 5K from the dropdown.
